Every time I go to MAXHD I get satellite signal lost "129" on my 622. All other HD channels are fine. I don't have another receiver to try. I've tried rebooting and check switch, but it still happens. Would anyone know what's wrong?

These channels are black for me. Looks like everything else is ok except for these channels. Maybe I missed a thread about this, but does anyone know if this is a known issue with a fix?

All I know is that they are 1000 miles off coarse.

wouldn't the best PQ be the "add bars" option?

I think most local stations transmit with the black bars on each side unless they're showing an HD program.

Don't get me wrong. I love Voom and loved the free fights. I'm just saying that it would be nice to see this fight at home and other good fights in the future.

Voom needs to get some PPV going. I will not like missing big fights because Voom don't have PPV. Is it really that hard to have a couple of PPV channels? Voom carries HBO and Showtime. Most PPV fights are from HBO or Showtime. Does anyone know the status of Voom and PPV?

I'm staying. I don't see anything wrong with Voom. I've never had to call CS, so I can't complain about how long the wait is or bad CSRs. I think Voom should beef up CS just from reading about it here. I had Dish and can't tell the difference in PQ (HD or SD). Home Theater had a side by side...

No TNT-HD here in Dallas area. My channel names come and go too. I didn't notice this in the A.M. I thought they downloaded software very early in th morning.

Can professionally calibrating a TV really make a big difference? Is there a big difference in the DVD calibration videos and having it professionally calibrated?

TV Calibration I'm in Plano. Have had Voom for a while now. I'm really happy with it. I was wondering if anyone knows if there are professional TV calibrators in the area. I hear once a TV is professionally calibrated it's like night and day.
