When I was installed 2 years ago 129 was a no go for PA. Also, they where adding HD locals in PA to 118 at the time. So my setup was 110,118,119 with a 61.5 wing. They finally goto my locals in HD and what do they do but put them on 129. Now what can I do?

Is the 18 month commit for service in general or for hd. So, can I sign up for 18 months of service, dvr advantage for example, do the free HD for 6 months and then just pay the access fee for 12 months?

No it's not. That local is getting paid. Why should I buy 15 games a week including the one I would already get if I didn't move, just to watch 1. It's no more fair then the collages that make you buy women's basketball tickets if you want men's season football.

Having the channel in HD is one thing. Equipment, cable, rights, DMA boarders, per subscriber fees, ect. that's the money. Charging extra just for the guide data is like paying more to have the washing instruction label on your shirt.

The new Dish site (as of today Feb. 1st) keeps adding a 6.00 HD enabling fee, whenever I add a 622. I'm ordering HD service so I don't understand. And it doesn't matter if I go with DVR Advantage or not.
