If I am not mistaken, TV ONE is owned by Comcast. I think Comcast and DISH don't have the best business relationship in the world.

This has gotten way out of control. I guess I should have looked at my bill six months ago and I would have cancelled then. I have Blockbuster and I have to say that I feel better about that then HBO right now. It's not worth anywhere near $16.00 a month. I think they are going to price...

Since when did HBO go up to $15.99 a month? I must not have noticed it in my bill. It REALLY isn't worth that much.

What channels are you referring too? I live in LA and I get all the locals in HD except for KCOP. You must be referring to the PBS channels are channels like 56.

Finally Laker away games in HD. I have been waiting on KCAL HD since I had E*.

I guess E* probably doesn't know the true answer to this one. I don't want to all a CSR because I might get the wrong answer. You guys here are 10 times smarter than they are.

I just noticed this blurb on the E* website: "Monthly DVR Service Fee of $5.98 applies for all DVR receivers" I noticed it doesn't say each. So the DVR fee now applies to all DVR receivers on your account??? Anybody have a clue?

I don't why they won't at least sit down with Comcast and work things out. I for one would love to have TV One.

But if you add an addtional DVR there is a $5.98 fee. That's just plain greed. Every other service provider charges one DVR fee per account, not E*.

When is E* going to get away from the "Per DVR Fee". If I get DVR's in all of my rooms it will be way cheaper to just go with Direct. That could be why they are losing customers along with the non-english speaking CS.

When is E* going to go ahead and add KCAL to the Los Angeles market? Now that they have space it shouldn't be an issue.

Is E* still charging a fee for a second DVR? I want to upgrade my 322 to a DVR, but I don't think I should have to pay a second DVR fee. That is just greedy by E*.

I just got mine renewed yesterday (12/29/2008). Didn't give me one problem at all.

I have having signal drop issues with ESPN. Switch channels and go back and it is working for another 10 minutes before it goes back out.

I really don't want to switch, but I do want my locals in HD without an antenna. D* would run almost $20 more a month and right now I don't want to pay anymore than I have too.

Does anyone have any insight as to why E* doesn't have KCAL 9 or KTLA 5 in HD? I have been waiting for these two for sometime, but I don't see anything coming down the pipeline. D* has them!:mad:

4.49 I got the update last night, but now all of my HD channels are gone! I can only see the HD PPV channels. Even my local HD channels which I have an antenna for aren't showing. Anyone else have this issue?

So the $5.99 fee is for each DVR instead of the whole account? That's not cool!:mad:

I currently have a Dish 622 and 322. I want to swap out the 322 for a 625. I called Dish and was told that is a $5.00 fee for the box per month, but that doesn't sound right since I'm already paying that now for the 322. I was also told there is an added fee of $10.00 per month for the DVR...
