That's what I figured, so I spent yesterday under the house running cable (what a mess). And I used to have better upload speed, but when we upgraded to the next level of DSL service we gained download speed but lost upload. I guess its time to address this issue with AT&T. Thank you!

Has anybody seen (or heard) of an issue where the audio of a HD local channel via OTA is totally normal except for the lack of voice. Music is fine, sound effects are fine, but there is no voice. I have seen it happen intermittently, including right now with Crusoe. Anybody have any ideas?

What is disappointing is that this unit has only been in service for 2 weeks and the 722 in general is a brand new piece of equipment. My confidence in a company that engineers and manufactures a new piece of equipment that has fatal flaws out of the gate takes a severe hit.
