TECHNICALLY you are still wrong and just afraid to admit it. My whole point is you can't use that ad to go to the Better Business Bureau and complain you are not getting what it says. Because you are getting what it says and more.

That isn't a lie. You do receive all the new channels. The ones from when you ordered. You should have asked if you would receive all of the upcoming new HD channels.

I just downloaded that PDF file and what channels do you not get that are listed on it? If that is your only proof....then you have none. It doesn't say plus all newly added HD channels, just what is shown in the ad.

Why not make a list that has channels that actually exist. Most of the channels on this list are either rumored or not yet launched.

I just did the chat I had them drop the Platinum HD free for three months promo. Which they waived the $5 downgrade fee. They then added the HBO/Starz promo, without a commitment. I asked and they said no downgrade fee as long as I cancel it after the three months are up.
