Hmmm, so 119 is higher in Phoenix? I have 110 and 101 fine and 0 on 119. I thought it was becuase of a building (the apartment complex just south of me) but that shouldn't be the case if 119 is higher. Is that correct? PS Thanks for the welcome!:)
