I know this is a vague question but what does "as they become available" mean? The NBC & FOX channels are both broadcasted in HD & are on directtv in SD. Is there a city that only got two of the big 4 turned on? If so did the remaining staions follow quickly? Sorry to ramble.

Somewhere in this forum I posted a similar thread. After much badgering of the "tech" that came out to my house he replaced the multiswitch. That seemed to get me back to just the "normal-bad directtv picture" that I've come to love & expect.

OK until last night my hr-20 guide seemed to be responding fine. I press guide(twice) on the remote to view a channels in a grid<--This reacts normally. But when I channel down to scroll there seems to be a delay. I've toggled on/off the scrolling effects option with no change in reaction time...

Finally a fix. It was a bad multiswitch. New one installed yesterday. Now I'm back to just the standard bad D* picture. I sure hope the Mpeg 4 stuff looks better.
