Not totally. As someone said you can get a component switch that will allow to "share" the one HD input your tv has. Really any RCA switch will work, if it is a manual (mechanically operated switch). If you want a automatic switch, you will need to look into one with enough bandwidth for HD...

Is it possible your TV is an "HD Ready" or "HD Monitor", ie has no built in HD tuner? What is the model number of the TV? If that is the case you would need an additional OTA HD (ATSC) tuner.
