Make sure you don't have the "Hide HD channels" in Settings > Display > Preferences. What type of dish do you have in the satellite setup? How do you connected the two LNBs? Are you using SWM? So you have 101 & 103? Also, what signal levels do you have on 101 and 103ca/cb?

I have a friend who had DTV with an 1.8 meters dish, in Zacatecas (22°50'N 102°32'W), pointed at 101 with no problems at all. I just asked him, but he switched to Dish Network, his dish is now pointed at 119 and a neighbor of his at 110, then they share those signals... nice setup if you ask...
