I just switched bandwagons from cable to D* (as of Thurs.) and was wondering when SCETV, WMYA and UNC-TV's HD signals will be added in the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, SC/Asheville, NC DMA. Any news on this? Zip Codes would be 29605 for Greenville, SC and 28805 for Asheville, NC.

Yeah, it was 9 1/2 months before the latest HD channel adds on Wed. (8/13). I can only watch so many procedural repeats on TNT and A&E. If there's any silver lining to Charter, they're beginning to add more of the mainstream cable nets (i.e. Discovery HD, TLC HD, TBS HD). That's a very thin...

I had an EPG Message and got a mailing saying these channels were being added and a couple of others being migrated to digital (C-SPAN2 and INSP).

Interesting info....I guess they get the other HD channels on the system from other satellites or other companies such as HITS. Hopefully, given this, they'll add NGC HD, HGTV HD and Food Network HD within the next few months.

Is HDT referencing to Discovery HD Theater? If so, hasn't that already been available on Charter Systems (instead of Discovery HD which recently came online on D*)?
