Just call them and tell them you want to cancel ST. I did. After being transferred to some other department, I got the superfan for free and the "Hd Access" or whatever you want to call it free for the next year. One call, 3 different people, 1/2 hour of my time and $220.00 worth of savings.

Sorry if this question has been asked before. My old HD receiver would work on both IR & RF, but it seems that once I set the HR20 to RF, I cannot use IR any longer. I have a Harmony 880 and would like to use it in RF mode as well as have the HR20 remote use RF. Any ideas?

Upgrade occured last night. Box was locked this morning. Now appears dead. Unplugged it and waited, plugged it back in and all lights are on. Display reads 88:88. Tried numerous reboots (SW & HW). Voom says they will be on-site in a week.
