Install went well and all looks good so far. The Hopper seems easier to use and the remote is better. You don't hit record button when you try to go to the guide..That always got on my nerves with the Genie..I'll know more as time goes by....Thanks to all for the info..

I've got an appointment for dishnetwork to be hooked up in my home tomorrow. I'm getting a two room hookup (1 hd-1sd) dvr. I'm leaving directv to have this done...no problems with directv...I just want alittle more hd...Please tell me I didn't make a mistake??? what to expect??? is their service...

I've heard some people say that they are having problems with the 129 satellite, picture breakups and such.My question is ,is the 129 satellite really that bad,cause I've been thinking of switching to Dishnetwork HD and if you all are having problems I think I'll wait...:(
