    PI channels with locals only?

    DISH says no, but I was wondering, does anyone know if the PI channels show up if only locals are purchased? DISH says the no programming fee is charged, $5 per month, plus the $5.99 local channel fee. What if you have AT60 and locals and cancel the AT60, do the PI channels stay? Thanks
