Is the Fishing HD channel up. What channel?

From time to time I will upgrade to HBO for a weekend (for boxing) and then cancel on Monday. Am I getting a pro rated charge or and I getting charged for a whole month. :confused:

Scott or anyone else that attended CES. What is the status of the RSN's and INHD coming to Dish HD if ever. Any news at all on any new HD programming this next year. Last year at this time was good for E* HD, so far this years post CES looks real glooooooomy as far as any new HD channels go...

Anyone heard any recent news on KRQE HD. Are they still talking or is it in limbo. I live in Farmington and I don't get any OTA's and the super bowl this year is on CBS and I am really crossing my fingers I will see it in HD. Who at KRQE do you call? Mikey :confused:

+1 here, my SXRD and the Food Channel looks great. Not good for my diet. I'm lovin' my SXRD, some friends were over last night and they were blown away with the SXRD's picture quality in HD and SD.

A friend asked me the other day if Spike TV is on Dish. I checked to find out that it is not. I wonder why. I like to watch the cage fights from time to time. I wonder if they will add this channel in the future.

Friday night I tuned in to The tonight show on NBC to see what it looks like in HD. I found that the show was not in full 16:9 aspect ratio. Is this normal. I thought like many other HD programs on NBC the tonight show would be HD 16:9 in full glory.

I have a sony 60" SXRD and find the SD good but not great which is to be expected. First of all I dont stretch the SD signal, I view it in its standard 4:3 aspect ratio. Stretching or zoom stretching a 4:3 picture makes it worse. Go to the AVS forum and find the SXRD settings forum and use...

Yes, lets keep the New Mexico posts going! Has anyone been givin a waiver from KRQE for CBS HD from west coast. I was told by an KRQE engineer there was no way I would get one. Do I ask someone else besides an engineer, maybe a station manager.

Albuquerque and New Mexico HD I realize that the Alb. CBS feed involoves a dispute. Is dish and the local disputing. Is there ever a chance that we will get CBS or just count our blessing and go on. If there is something I can do from my end, like emails to whomever, I would like to know...
