Now i am not talkin about the speed of the receiver,i am talkin about the time it takes for the video to appear. It seems it is noticably longer tim on E*
Is it just me ,or is channel changing on E* slower than on D*.
Like the time it takes for the picture to come up when you change channels??
No matter what E* receiver.
You guys that are sharing the 119 bird on D* and E*.
Just wondering what switch you are using for D*.
What are you running the 101 line and the 119 line into?
4x4 channel master,22khz blocking??
Thanks
Will using a DP lNBF make channel changing any faster?
I know its not gonna speed the receiver up any,but as far as how long it takes the picture to appear.
It seems D* is much faster in that aspect.
Anyone agree?
When grounding to the electrical box, would it be up to code to take a self tapping screw to attach the ground wire to it instead of using a corner clamp or meter clamp?
Thanks
I am looking for a phone number to the DISH RSP in Arkansas,if there is one.I called DISH and they said they dont have the phone number, only the fax
Also, does anyone know what they pay for installs?
Thanks alot.
Ok.
Now i am just tryin to figure out exactly how to wire this up.
Take one of the 2 sat feeds that is coming in the house to the 522 and run it to the in/out of the diplexer.
Then on the satellite in/out of the diplexer would go to one of the sat inputs on the 522 and the tv in/out of the...
Say the house is not wired at all.Should i run 2 lines from the dish directly to the 522.Then use a diplexer rite where the 2 wires enter the house and run my back feed line from there.
That way i would not have to bring a line all the way back out of the house from the 522??
Thanks
