    I had this issue on one of my boxes before,a couple days later I tried it again and had no problem. I would make sure it is getting nightly updates and try again.

    Yes I do. You get use to something really convenient then it becomes an irritation to go back. It is one of the reasons I have hoppers. A day or so would be a pain but ok,7 days is absurd and indicates that it could be the beginning of the end for it.

    The channel on dish about CBS is gone. The dish on your side website and Facebook pages have not been updated though. I would venture a guess that the deal is done though.

    This sucks,I did not realize my cw was also going to go dark. My wife is going to freak out. I can get CBS with antenna, but just barely and sometime not at all. Cw on the other hand not at all. Grrr

    Does this effect those who have one but in the future need to replace it? Say it goes bad and they do an exchange, will they lose sling? I know that would surely enrage me if I were in that situation.
