If the cost difference is okay (about $40) I think I'd still be tempted to go with the HDHomerun if I were you. It's got BDA drivers and has 2 tuners. If you decide to go with a media center solution down the road, you'd already have what you needed.

Brent, It's been a while but I believe I was using the BDA driver. I think I could tune channels okay as long as I was already pointing at the right sat, but was SOL whenever I tried moving the dish. Until the MT Beta came out, the only app that I could get to move the dish with BDA was DVBViewer.

According to Technotrend's web site the BDA driver for the TT-3200 is compatible with 64-bit Vista. I'm using mine on XP though, so I don't have any personal experience.

I just wanted to update this with my final solution to the problem. DVBViewer is able to handle both DVB-S and DVB-S2 and can also move my positioner. I had to get the raw diseqc commands from DVBDream (it seems to be giving good data now) and manually define them for the different positioner...

My favorite FTA channel is KEGS on G10R, actually I like all the RTN's for the older shows they have but there's just something about a station named KEGS you've got to like.

On the diseqc panel, I've entered a motor position and pressed goto. That generated the raw diseqc in the area below, and I pressed the send button below that. Is there any place else I should try?

Hey guys, Anybody have the budget TT S2-3200 card working with DVBDream and able to control a diseqc switch and positioner? The only way I've been able to get diseqc working with the card at all is with the WDM driver and that's with MT and TSReader. DVBDream doesn't work with this driver...
