My last disc was received by BB on 2/26/2013, I have not received another. At least one in my queue has had a status of Available since before that.

I did that first, as yet there has been no reply. I am able to sort of watch the movie at DishOnline, but a significant portion of time is spent watching "loading". My internet connection is nominally 18 Mbps but most of the time it measures at least 30 Mbps.

Not sure if this the right place, but Epix is part of BBMP I think. I am not able to watch movies at EpixHD.com. When I click on Watch Now I just get the description page.

What is more important to me is total turnaround time, from the day I send back a movie until the day I receive the next one. This is 4-5 days with BB. It was 3 days most of the time with Netflix, so BB is much slower. Also with Netflix if there was to be a long delivery time (say from the west...
