I would mirror off tv2. What is on in the master bedroom would also be on the patio tv. All it would take is a splitter and some cable line.

Buying a spool of rg6 from a big box retailer is ok. Only problem is it may not be on the approved parts list for Dish installers. I myself would do your install and run with it but there may be a chance the installing tech may request to rerun approved wiring. Hopefully a current tech can weigh...

Yep, i love getting a cust switching from direct to cable because directs power cords works with the cable boxes. Easy swap out.

I would cut the cord at the box and call Dish to complain that you received a receiver without a power cord! How in the hell are you supposed to power it up, ha ha

I have both Dish and cable. Cable is my backup for when my Dish loses signal during a storm. You cant beat Dish's DVR!

Just find a installer who will do you a "Dish" install on the side and take your receiver back and forth or order a solo 211 for convenience. Its not rocket science.

I called Dish after reading to first 2 pages of this thread to enquire about getting a free Roku. Told the first csr to connect me directly to loyalty and she did. Spent about 4 mins on hold then got a loyalty csr who granted me with a free Roku. Only spent a total of 9 mins on the phone. Sweet

Customers get one wall fish free per each receiver. Example: customer ordered 2 duo receivers gets 2 wall fishes(if requested by customer) and 2 floor/wall penetrations(if needed) to support tv 2's.

The pole mount will be included as free also. Dish has screwed the techs in every possible way yo not make decent money.
