It sounds like it just got fixed. I'm watching Roswell, New Mexico, and the problem was initially there, but stopped after about a minute or two.

Seven years is impressive. I've seen the occasional screw up on the local channels, like a window-boxed picture or things like that, but usually that is fixed within a few hours, or a day at most.
