    With one tuner available for the "Big-4", most should(!) be happy with 3. I have 2 hoppers, but really it's because of the way things work(ed) prior to the real integration.

    Based on MaryB's reply, there was weather issues in Cheyenne, one of the major uplinks for DISH. That would take it out all over :) Thanks for the confirmation, Mary!

    not if you change account numbers...... The EHD crypto stuff is tied to the account.

    Either. It's been the same format since release of the EHD feature. Hence my use of [67]22 above, short hand for 622 or 722.

    You can't pull any programming from a Dish DVR to a PC. You MUST use the EHD feature of the [67]22/Hopper. If you really want to save the programming, go get a new EHD and let the 722 format it.
