The rule is definitely never take anything from a customer under any circumstances.

It's funny all the people taking up for dish don't actually work there. And yeah mandatory holidays is not really the problem. Working a holiday with no additional pay or incentive to work is the problem. And like I said before ask what is involved in a trouble call.

Even with that new install wizard you can still run a check switch. As soon as the receiver boots up on step one press **menu and it bypasses the install wizard and takes you to the normal point dish screen. A lot of guys in our office caught hell over this until we learned how to bypass it.
