Joey all the sudden can't see the Hopper

Hopper/Sling Joey 2 worked fine then Joey cycles off and can't see the Hopper. Coax good, ends good. You can't hook up a dang meter to or from a Joey, does anybody know if the History screen could shed some light on the Hopper or Joey issues?

    Problems anybody have a fix??

Fixed by connecting wireless joey directly to hopper for the download. Once the wireless joey gets that error you have to replace.

I did an upgrade from a Hopper/sling and 2 wireless Joeys to Hopper 3, 4K Joey, and kept the wireless Joeys. I did the mandatory software download.
