Enough. Only Sinclair can take the channels away. Only Dish can flip the switch that directs signal to the satellite. I would say this isn't rocket science, but the satellites weren't put there by unicorns. That said, this really isn't that difficult to understand.

Without going into detail, if there were an easy way to tell a browser (let's use Chrome as an example) to assume a given location, purely for testing purpose (you ARE a developer, right?), one could then use that browser. No VPN needed.

I believe Dish just because of the way contracts work in general, carriage agreements in particular. Dish simply doesn't have the option to pull channels.
