I'm pretty sure it has to do with the HD RSNs being part time on Dish. The bandwidth was most likely being shared with an east coast game which hadn't ended yet.

Mine is from 129, so it could be the feed.

I noticed this too. I'm guessing it's related to when Dish went to the new MPEG-4 encoders on ESPN2HD (among others).

DVR: There are a number of threads for this subject in the DN Forum. Here is one: http://www.satelliteguys.us/showthread.php?t=49573&highlight=YES+dish+network I believe that even with EI, you will still only get the visiting team's feed on Dish.
