I can't do that. the station runs at 100% full power from the main transmitter on top of Slide Mountain, NV (SW of Reno). No translators/repeaters in my area as I can see all but one of them for my area.

Ok, this is getting ridiculous. Can you folks at Dish uplink the guide data separately for this channel (2-01) so my timers can fire on the OTA station while you work the retransmission agreement? The subchannel (2-02) has guide data. I can't see why you can do the same for the main channel...

The good news in this week's uplink is KNPB HD is live in the Reno Market. Bad news is our CBS station KTVN is not due to the Sarkes deal gone bad. I wish they'd send the guide data so I can use the OTA feed while they work things out. The 2-02 sub channel is getting guide data I don't know...

I can watch it KTVN (Reno CBS) OTA, but there's no guide data because dish is running the nag loop. I wish they'd at least publish that info so I can record my shows by name. I'm going to have to figure out old school manual timers now.

I can't connect to any of my three 622s. Dish's website says they all have a working broadband connection on the equipment page. From the dish.sling site, it just tries to connect. No success.

It'd be nice to see it roll over to the 622/722 too. I mean, they have the USB photo viewer. I can't imagine it being too hard to incorporate unless they consider the 622/722 a dead platform for future features.

I think they need to give long term customers a discount per year of service on the monthly bill. A $1-2 for each year of retention. I hate seeing increases every year without any customer appreciation deals. The little free pay-per-view coupons aren't enough.

I noticed very little, if any, difference in picture quality. Aside from what was already mentioned, the biggest perk of the Dish feed is the MPEG4 compression. It's almost 1/3-1/2 the OTA feed. My DVR doesn't fill up anymore with just locals since Dish turned on Reno DMA a month ago.

In March, were are supposed to get the Reno HD locals. Are they free if you have the $5 local package and the $10 HD package? I don't need the dish feed since I get them OTA, but it would save a little room on the HDD and help with scheduling conflicts.
