The problem is not your equipment, thats the good news. Most programs that are broadcasted have analog sound. If you have not already, purchase a PPV movie that shows the "DD" symbol on the title. This is the easy way you can test to see if you equipment can really decode Dolby Digital. :)

I got mine installed almost two years ago. It is beside my primary dish which is pointing south. The other is pointing East. I did not know that dish would be capable of recieving more channels other then TBS. :)

I got home yesterday at 5pm EST and when I turned my tv and satellite DVR on I got a message saying I had to install an update. Did anyone else get this. What did it do? I didn't notice anything change when I looked through the guides.
