Happened to me too.... Same deal, it was a week after my install. The tech said the dish had moved ever so slightly due to a bad roof. The house is 100 years old and does not have a solid plywood roof (There are slats ever 4 inches or so). The original tech placed two lag bolts into one...

I lost my HD channels yesterday. It was working in the morning, then when I checked about 5pm, nada. All the SD channels are working. The dish is rock solid. Could this be an issue with the LMB also? Tech is scheduled to come out here on Tuesday.

I just had my D* system install on Thursday. I received the HD DVR (HR22) and an additional HD box. The installer told me that the new standard receivers will be HD. You might want to talk to you local install company to find out if they are doing that.
