I was looking at Lyngsat for D* on their HD line up. I see most of the HD channels are at 102 (101) and 119. Do I really need a 5LNB dish? can I just use what I have which is the 3LNB dish for 101,119,110. Cant I just get a HD DVR ?

What's with Channel 124 - Free Preview channel - I don't get any sound on that channel. Only time I get sound is in between shows during the promo's. When the show starts - no sound. I have a Phillips DVR 704. iS there a problem or is it just my end. Dont really want to call D* cust servc...

What are Channels 581 and 582. and how do I get them? I do sub to TIVO recording so is this something I need to call D* for?

Only thing D* will do AUG 1 is maybe charge more for service and give us nothing -- Ooops they already did that.

It's enough we have to pay to record as it is. Now it's just something else to have to put up with.

I Know after I found the upgrade - I had problems getting into some menu's - I unplugged it and rebooted -- all seems to be fine now. Had to reset my channel lists etc. but the guide does load faster which is way cool

Don't feel bad - I figured I wouldn't get it until the end of the year. Albuquerque is the last place to get anything.
