Thanks and another question Luckily for me my dish is mounted on the side of my deck right outside a window with a 32" TV. I just grabbed a flashlight, a wrench, turned the TV so I could see the signal meter from outside and tweaked the 110 Sat till I got a decent signal. Still not great but...

trees are just off to the left of the dish and off to the horizon the dish has a clear line of site though to the southern sky.

Just got a DTV HDTV receiver. I am trying to get local OTA HDTV signals. Can anyone recommend a good (small) antenna to be used. I am only 6 miles from the broadcast location, but on anntennaweb it says that I need a medium multidirectional antenna (red). Thanks for the input.

Just got off the phone with DTV and got a HDTV receiver for $99. Just gave them the "I have a friend who got a deal" pitch. Install will be early next week.
