You guys did not have to reboot. I was calling DTV when it came back on and then it went off. It finally came back on for good after a couple minutes with the 721 message.

I thought new customers could get the ST and SF for free when you signed up. I thought that was the promo on tv these days. It all depends on the customer rep you talk to. I had to talk to a couple reps before they waved the $99 fee.

Hopefully, by next year the ESPN GamePlan will carry all the games available in HD. I dropped it this year because the last two years the games look like crap on a HD television.

I just called and talked to a customer rep and she gave me SF free for this year. I explained to her about the email and how other people who auto renewed were getting free SF. She put me on a hold for about 5 minutes and then came back and said she could give me SF for free. Doesn't hurt to try...

I was charged to today for ST and SF. I think I am going to call and see if I can mention the email showing SF for free for new customers. I would still rather pay $269 than $349.

I called D* today and tried to pay my whole renewal price of $249 at once and they do not give you that option anymore if you had payments the year prior. What a bunch of crap!!! The only way I could pay all at once is if they cancel my account and then it would be whatever the new price is now.

Anymore news on when some more D* HD channels will be added? I am sick of seeing Dish and cable companies talking about adding there channels. Even though D* is still the leader it has been quiet for sometime now.

Don't bet on it. Most of the college football games are still not in HD. The games showed on CBS, ABC, ESPN, and Big 10 network are all in HD, but many more that are not from other broadcast sources.
