I was JUST in a Walmart in East Meadow Nassau County, Long Island, NY. They had 3 or 4 of the Samsungs and Panasonics in stock. Also the cheapo Magnavox. BD disc selection was NOWHERE near as good as BestBuy though

As a former HDDVD only person I can say that I have no complaints with this machine except 1 idiotic little thing. The display on the drive (the little dot lights that spell words) isn't very sharp. Otherwise well built and works very well.

I don't know if this fits in this thread but suprisingly to me, I put a DVD-Audio disc in my Panasonic BD30 and it actually plays the audio AND the video. The documentation says otherwise but can anyone else verify this?

I love that disc too but I thought it was great on NBC. I watched it in HD 5.1 sound. Looks the same as the disc.

The guy is VERY COOPERATIVE. He called Toshiba, they said send it in, they'll fix it for nothing since it's still under warranty, and they'll turn it around within a week.
