    BLU Ray is over!

The only thing the fat lady is singing is the song of joy when she saw all of these Exclusive Blu-ray Releases: 1/09 - Crank 1/16 - Employee of the Month 1/16 - Gridiron Gang 1/16 - Resident Evil: Apocalypse 1/16 - Scooby-Doo 1/16 - Goodfellas 1/23 - Black Rain 1/23 - Chicago 1/23 -...

A Petition for Universal to Support Blu-ray

It appears that the new exclusive Disney releases on Blu-ray will be 50GB VC-1 transfers. That 20 GB's more then what HD-DVD can produce. It will of course at the least equal the PQ of HD-DVD, most likely surpase HD-DVD in AQ and still have room for some great Extra's. ~Josh

A Petition for Universal to Support Blu-ray

I did several months a go, but the more I thought about it the more I realized it made more sense for the consumer to have 1 studio (Universal) go neutral vs. 5 studios (Disney, Fox, MGM, Sony & Lions Gate) to go neutral. This would end this format war in a shorter time period and thus save the...

A Petition for Universal to Support Blu-ray

I have started a petition for Universal Studios to support Blu-ray and release their films on the Blu-ray format. I think this will help the consumer as then Blu-ray will be supported by all major studios, most of which are exclusive. It just seems a lot more logical to have Universal go...
