The skipping channels has done that on mine a few times. I think that is just normal as I have had other DSR'S and satellite recievers that will do that. The remote is pretty sensitive on the Voom reciever. Lem52

I have the same TV. Had it for about 3 months. Picture is beautiful. On mine, I don't see no need for a calibration. I have my brightness and Contrast a little below halfway, about 28-30. Lem52

I left right after the installer but when I came back home, I still had the "no info" showing. It hasn't took this long since I have had Voom. Its no big deal yet, but if its out more than a few hours, I will get pissed! Lem52

I just had my system grounded due to the first installer failing to do that. I haven't saw the guide since and I have unplugged 2 times. I doubt that grounding had anything to do with not getting the guide. Ideas? Lem52

It seemed to make a big difference here on my big screen as the 480p was better than 480i. I couldn't tell that much difference going from 480p to 1080i though. Should the 1080i be better? I don't think my Mits does 780p though. It probably upconverts to 1080i. Lem52
