Trying to help a guy out in the forum using a check card seems like when i talk to CSR's they don't care how you pay now ??? Posted this to get other opinions

i talked to 2 CSR"s in a row for ya ONCE they ACCEPT a debit card for service they can't disconnect you because if you read the agreement they have to accept it as payment and the last one i talked to talked to a supervisor

it happens because you have duplicate accounts and it bills twice i had mine fix the CSR i spoke to said that once they accept it as a debit card they have to honor it then ichanged it to a cc

they told me before that it was because they didn't want people to bounce checks

found out why you were double charged the computer creates 2 accounts so it bills your card twice so i called CSR they took care of it make sure when you talk to them you make sure there is not another account if there is they will fix it make sure you catch early then you wont be double billed...

the customer agreement says you can use a debit check card i saw sean said he was double charged also so i must be their mistake
