Well if VOOM does die April 30th, will we continue to be able to receive our OTA channels through our VOOM boxes.....Until we decide on another service? Do we have any word from VOOM on this or will we just have to wait and see? Also will someone be coming to pick up these VOOM boxes?

Channels Why do they show up in my PG if their not available to me? It ask me to subscribe to them in the message.....if they were available to me in the New Orleans area....would they be included in the VaVaVoom package?

I have the VaVaVoom package, but I'm not receiving channels 340 and 342 on either of my boxes.....should I be? They seem to be 2 sports channels....but I thought I should be getting everything except pay per view channels.....what gives? :mad:

yep It's been reset several times by me and voom....they resent access card info, etc. on there end......not fixed yet. :mad:

I'm getting an "Access Card" message asking me to be sure the correct card is inserted correctly and to call tech support.....I'm getting this message on the 2 new channels 615 and 616.....and I'm only having this problem with one of my 2 boxes. I reported this problem on the 4th and I haven't...

I rebooted I've tried everything, and I can get it to work at all....it's the same on both TV's too.....maybe they'll get it right next time?

No sound Is it still a known bug about not getting sound after changing channels.....I have to change to another channel, then back to get the sound to come in. Doesn't do it everytime, but enough that it is annoying? I have the latest update too.... :eek:

Any News on a Fix? Any news from Voom on a fix for known bugs in the new software.....last I read was that it was suppose to by maybe by today (WED.)........will Voom notify customers in any way when things are supposed to be fixed? Or will we know when we quit seeing things screw...

Grey Screens Pop Up Is anyone else getting those grey static screens popping up while watching different channels.......it does it without touching the remote..........I may have missed this bug in this tread......
