Voom will probably never end up on DirecTV, especially since Dish owns a part of Voom. It's a shame, since WorldSport was a huge factor for some of us in choosing Dish over DirecTV. And WorldSport doesn't take the best game from GolTV... I've seen the same game on both networks many times...

9479 and 9480 are now KNGFU (KungFu HD) and FILMF (Film Fest HD) on Dish Network. They had been showing their new bugs this morning, but my guide just flipped to the new designators a few minutes ago. No new channels yet though. :( :(

Absolutely not! True HD. These were on in the old Voom days ad nauseum. They and 'Flipper' are gorgeous.

Glastonbury is a good show but yes, a frequent repeat. Check out the Scissor Sisters' set early in the show. It starts to pour but they put on a great set! Also, the Spiderman doll near the front has to set some sort of record for camera time. No Glastonbury in 2006 :(.

Also... Just 15 minutes before game time and my EPG doesn't have the broadcast. Shows Classic Gravity Games and Boing...

All the Voom channels are dark, and the PG shows "Off Air" for them at varying times from midnight - 3 a.m. PT. Uplink maintenance? Maybe adding 11 new channels? ;)
