Yeah, I've been on v5.68 since the second day I got Voom installed. I could have sworn that it was fixed, however now the guide starts at 100 no matter what I do.

truqui, that worked like a charm. My guide data was back within 10 minutes. Does anyone know when we are going to get the next software revision? I ask because my wife is complaining about the guide always starting at channel 100.

Last evening my Voom went black, but I still received the sound. I couldn't navigate using the remote, however the receiver was indicating that it was receving the remote's commands. What should I do when I get home this evening?

John, I've heard there is a really good installer named Scott (Nunes?) from Hi-Tech up there, perhaps you'll get him. Either way, I had a really good install here in Fort Lauderdale, the guy (Edson) knows the Voom install well and is pretty thorough. Good Luck!
