Typically, these 'eye' tubes, 6U5 or 6E5, were mounted with the gap at the bottom. So the stronger signals would complete the display at the 6 o'clock position. E_V

The Invacom is overkill for just PBS. Get a simpler standard, (not universal) lnb for that dish and use the Invacom on the new dish. With all its options you could find more sats to watch. IMO E_V

There is not that much difference in the size of them to make any noticiable difference in signal received. IMO, I wouldn't tear one apart just to try and use the larger dish. Use them both!!!! E_V

The 1 meter Winegard is built like a tank. If you can use a 1 meter. I have had mine about 4 months and really like it. E_V

I need info on the high frequency combiner used by DirecTV for the sat C and sat B, I think it is since I am not familiar with DTV setup. I am interested to see if I could use it for multiple FTA sats. I have uploaded a diagram showing how they used it. Any help is appreciated. El_VIejo
