I get that also on my CS 8000 when viewing the High bit rate S2 channels. It could be signal quality. But, i'm leaning more toward "lack of" processing power of the box. I don't know?

Ok thanks. The box started re-booting again. So, i'm gonna try the 2025 .sgn. If that doesn't work. I think i need to go back to the original file that is now lost. That one seemed to work ok. Or at least for the 3 days i had it on there.

Maybe, i'm gonna do it all over again. Iceberg the clean file you sent is a .BIN. I don't think i renamed that one. Can you please confirm. Thanks

Now i know what i did wrong. I should have hit the dropdown menu and chose .sgn in the loader file types. I only was seeing .BIN. So that's why i renamed it. But, it still worked ok, i guess?:confused:

Well, I turned the power switch off at about 1:30 PM today. Just turned it on at 7:00 PM and it's still re-booting. I loaded the 2025 again and it's seems ok now. The 2025 wasn't a "bin" file originally. I had to rename from .sgn to .bin. last night when i converted it to factory. "Was i...

Update: I guess my joy was short lived. The receiver is now re-booting over and over. It was fine last night. I unplugged the LNB and it makes no difference. What a POS.

Upgrade to 2025 successful. Pic still shifted up and volume still lower than my other receivers. But, for only $80 and the ability to receive S2 . I guess i can live with it. :D Thanks everyone for the help.:)

Also shouldn't the files be separated (loader, 2025,ect....) I'm just getting one big file.

I don't know whats wrong. But, when i open the file after unzipping with winrar. Windows ask what program i want to use to open it. Like this.(pic)

Thats turning out to be a problem. Where do you get the loader? Does coolsat have a website where i can download it.
