Well this might explain why I just spend like over an hour getting it back in. Have to be spot on with a 36" Hughesnet dish and a ESX521 LNB with a V8 sat signal finder. 123 W has a strong signal from Daystar TV as a hoping point. Fun stuff
Looking for PBS 125 W programing guide.
I see there is a guide for HD01 TV Schedule for PBS - Network HD - Eastern
Is there anyplace to get a programming guide for the rest of the channels?
Thanks
I read the same thing. I bought it used at some point and this is the first time I tried to use it. Off to the recycling center.
I just bought a
GEOSATpro 8x1 DiSEqC SWITCH
Thanks I have a few 4 port diseqc switches sitting around and I think I have a 22KHz switch. I found this and I think I can go cheap and not buy an 8 port? http://www.satelliteguys.us/xen/attachments/satellite-switches-simplified-pdf
I want to connect more than 4 LNBs to a satellite receiver BUT I seem to recall that I can not do it using universal LNBs?
I am remembering wrong?
Thanks
Got around to installing this so I could use one cable to get both.
Note there is one on either end of the cable so two are needed.
Like others have written I can not view the OTA antenna programs while watching FTA satellite.
Not a bit deal.
Anyone use something like this.
I was going to be a salesperson for them until they wanted me to buy the dish and receiver for around $700 I think back in the mid 90's. Did not want spend that kind of money. I may still have some paperwork? Dodged one there.
Found Globecast receiver model SE830-T0N9-S without a remote. Seems to work BUT don't know how to program new transponders. Can it scan for transponders? I have dishes on 125W(Ku)107W (C) 87 (Ku) Is there a way to program it to test it or should I put another dish on 97 W for testing...
Received in Central NY state using 5' mesh, Titanium C band LNB 90 degrees off and a General Instrument 2730R. Also on a Macom T2 A bit fuzzy BUT watchable.
Just found 3 analog receivers hope to try them this weekend on 6' dish. So it appears the receivers put out 18 volts so I will 90 degree the LNB and see what I get?
