It is funny... All the time I had BB@Home, I sent a disc and they send the email that they got it like 3 days after, they sent it the next day and I got it in 2 days, so, almost a week. And I never really believed that... they should get the disc the next day I send it, I always thought they...

Just cancelled it and went to Netflix. Streaming never worked well, discs were taking too long and all the local stores closed. Netflix has a lot more movies for streaming and I can always go to RedBox for new releases.

The store was there last week, now it is gone. :( It is a game, that's why I have kept it for more than a week, usually if was a movie I returned it the next day. I will call the number to see what happens, I don't want the game anymore and now it will take time to get another disc back...

Yes I have checked all the boxes on the settings, and they even send me the new releases and all that, but no when the movie was shipped.

I have had this problem all the times I have tried to watch something. The show or movie starts, then al like 5 or 10 minutes into it stops and says that download failed. But the only thing I can do is Delete the item and start the whole process again, that I can't even Fast Forward because is...

I just was told that the button with that Option can take up to 48 hours to appear :rolleyes: And they will also take 48 hours to charge me for the package? No!! they already charged it. :rolleyes:
