BB@ Home disc By Mail Ending September 19th

I know in the past I would always receive an email saying I have a PPV certificate. Check your account as Rey suggested too as the expiration dates might be different then the random certificates Dish gives out.

BB@ Home disc By Mail Ending September 19th

Since I basically kicked this useless "feature" to the curb, the email I got was I would get one PPV per month for the next three months. Gee that's more then the number of disks of "high demand", very "high demand" I received in that last year. BubBye Block Fodder...

BB@ Home disc By Mail Ending September 19th

When was the last time you were at the site? The pop-up has been around for weeks but only appears once, at least for me. Whether cleaning my cache or deleting cookies would make a difference who knows. Who cares.. I also never received the email from BlockFudder.

BB@ Home disc By Mail Ending September 19th

No email here either on service ending for disks. Not surprised as I suspect they are just doing this in waves to cut down on the number of calls to their centers. I did receive today though, an email from DISH warning me of fraudulent calls from people representing Dish and asking for credit...

Anyone noticed that getting Blockbuster disks at home has suddenly slowed to a crawl?

Wow.... What difference should having 10 discs or just 1 as being available NOW have anything to do with shipping a disk. Pretty sad.

Ghpr13 you had a good run... what was it two or three discs. :D After seeing the King and I as "High Demand"(no its not about some drug king and his squeeze) I decided to try my own walk down nostalgia lane and add to my queue probably the first series of a serious nature that I was...

Anyone noticed that getting Blockbuster disks at home has suddenly slowed to a crawl?

Yep, as I've mentioned before I will keep my queued titles til I can rent them from Redbox usually with a 50cent coupon and then simply delete it out of my BB queue... Can you imagine if Charlie ever set his sites on RB just how quickly that service would go downhill!

Anyone noticed that getting Blockbuster disks at home has suddenly slowed to a crawl?

Anyone noticed that getting Blockbuster disks at home has suddenly slowed to a crawl?

Available, Very High Demand etc. really doesn't mean a damn thing to most peoples queues if I understand and have read this right. The only thing that counts is your distribution center's availability... A movie can say its Available but if your center doesn't have a copy, you ain't gonna get...

Anyone noticed that getting Blockbuster disks at home has suddenly slowed to a crawl?

Did my usual Saturday nite DVD entertainment run today... Had a 50cent coupon from Redbox. Rented a movie and promptly went to BB@home and deleted it from my queue full of "waiting til the cows come home"......

Anyone noticed that getting Blockbuster disks at home has suddenly slowed to a crawl?

:D Well I put my choices in the queue on a regular basis knowing full well that this slug of a service won't deliver them. I then use Redbox to find a movie on the day I want to watch it(many times using coupons that they send me anyway) and onced confirmed that my rental is waiting for me I...
