    I Get my Shaw Direct through a broker, today BBCWorld ch.150 has a message that it is Parent Locked, enter your Password to continue. I have never used a password so how do I go about getting it reset? My location N.California, receiver is DSR605.

    Thanks for the info, confirms what I thought, will try hitting 'Enter' when the Warning Symbol occurs. Not as convenient as the old method when the receiver auto changes to the desired channel. OTH this new (for me) receiver has a lot of other WOW factors, especially the search function.

    Have just changed from the basic receiver to the 605, on the previous model (307?) I could set it to tune to a channel on a daily basis, or Mon-Fri, or just a one time shot. I don't seem to find this capability on the 605.

    Thanks Jumbo for the reply. Just a basic four banger DSR207. I fiddled about with the user settings for Audio and that seems to have solved the problem, the audio is back for TVO. The mystery (to me anyway) is whyTVO was the only channel affected.

    What access codes will reveal the hidden menus on the DSR 207? Similar to the 6,7,7,8 on the old 4dtv's. Can the LNB set-up (stacked vs non-stacked) be found on the System Status menu? Thx.

    I called yesterday and had my programming changed on Starchoice. It wasn't quite right, so called again this morning, the lady walked me through the menu system and we got it all fixed, running like a dream now. She actually called back to check on it.

    Are there any hidden menus on the dsr 207 that can be accessed? The usual 6-7-7-8 does not work for this model.
