    It maybe a signal near that TP is interfering so by fine tuning that TP may resolve it possibly.

    Just get max signal on that TP by moving dish left right up or down and even make sure you have proper skew on lnb.

    If you are getting good signal then it should be good to go. Maybe fine tune that signal. I know it is 2/3 has 5-7 second delay when locking it in and the newer dvb s-2 signal which i noticed that i had to push my lnb in more closer towards the dish.     A early issue i had was static. With winds would come static during our dry fire season in 2017. I grounded all my dishes and that resolved that issue. Don't know if this is related but wanted to share that.

    Yes the usb thumb drive has to be a newer made one as older usb thumbs do not work. Good to check and see how old the usb is. I had same problem and researched and found newer usb and it worked
