The elevation needs to be set to the edge not the bolt. See page 13 of the setup instructions.

The one channel you now get it Virtual channel 12 - actually a high VHF channel 9. The "Ultimate" antenna is a UHF - I doubt that it will receive the PBS 12. Channel 12 is listed as FAIR on Rabbit Ears site: RabbitEars.Info Good Luck, Bob

This is why I always liked installing satellite dishes as opposed to OTA antennas. When locked onto a satellite - you always had a LOS (Line of Site) that worked. When installing a OTA antenna even with a LOS - multi path will sometimes create an inconsistent signal! Bob
