    Soon I will leave cable tv behind and finally get a Dish. My specific question, so I know what to expect from Dish, is about the USA Network channel. It has Monk, The Dead Zone, and The 4400. I have yet to be able to watch a full episode of anything on that channel. Every 4 to 6 minutes...
