The LNB connection is for the jumper for the ku side, RCV is for the receiver. With the 922 connect it directly to the rcv side for c band. I wouldn't put too much time into the BSC, tried it with my 6' fortec and was disappointed not that it is a bad unit but it doesn't have enough for the...

I would then think it is either a cable or connection problem. I have not heard of this with the receiver itself and since you changed the lnb it has to be something in between.

What are you showing for signal quality? Could it be moisture in the connections that is drying out in the first couple of hours in the morning when the sun gets on it?

If you are referring to the Fortec 180 cm dish the id of the mount is roughly 3 1/4" for the polar mount. I bought 3" schedule 40 pipe and had to step it down to make it work. Taking a guess the package probably weighs 60-70 lbs.

What is the f/d for your dish? Looks like the lnbf is sticking quite a ways out of the scalar unless it is just the picture.

Yes I am subbed. It just quit the other day. I try to either shut the unit down or run it over to G1 3 every night (somethimes I forget after too many cocktails).

Any thoughts on why my guide on the DSR 922 quit? It was working fine and now nothing. I left it on G1 3 all night last night and am still getting the guide with no info in all the slots.

Plus if you are thinking about concrete I would definitely put a couple of sticks of rebar inside the concrete to give it added strength.
