How can I put this on a pole?

Would it be easy to mount onto the pole? Like my KU-band dish. It simply slid onto the pole, then tightened with some bolts.

How can I put this on a pole?

My friend with the 8/10 foot dish had to tend to an emergency, and the dish has some holes in it/slightly rusted out on the pole, might be hard to disassemble. My dad just told me to look for a smaller C-band dish on eBay, and he might buy it. So I came up with this: 180cm (6ft) C/Ku-Band Prime...

    Big ol' Channel Master

There was a YouTube video someone made with the exact same type of dish and exact same LNB, and they stated they got MeTV on it (in digital) and they watch Star Trek on it :P

    Big ol' Channel Master

I only saw it once, and it's in Houston at my friend's house. We contacted him asking when a good time to come over would be.

    Big ol' Channel Master

My friend has a large 7.5-foot Channel Master Mesh C-band dish he would like to get rid of. If I got it, assembled it and aimed it, would it work with a new DVB-S2 receiver? Is the odd-looking LNB just a regular C-band LNB in a black capsule? Just wanting to make sure I don't need another box. I...

    90cm Minibud?

I'm a minor, so all this is impossible. Quite a lot of steps for a satellite dish that isn't that big. I do have an opportunity to get a BUD from a friend (about 7 feet) and I'll just have to see when I get it.

    90cm Minibud?

I spoke with our HOA president and he stated that an 8-foot dish is about the limit

    90cm Minibud?

I have a friend with a BUD, and there are many houses around here with them as well. It would be weird to walk up to their door, knock and ask "Hey, can I buy that dish in your back yard?" XD The HoJo dish has an actuator on it. I'll have to ask if I can get photos (or just be very quiet when...

    90cm Minibud?

The HoJo (Howard Johnson hotel) has an old 8-foot dish. I should ask if they want to sell it, because obviously it's not used anymore (they have a DirecTV micro headend now). I may just try a C-band LNB on the 90cm dish. It can't hurt, the LNB and scalar from my main satellite shop is about $30...

    90cm Minibud?

If I got a C-band LNB and conical scalar for my 90cm GEOSATpro dish, do you think it would work? EDIT: Or how about if I bought and placed one of those C-band/Ku-band combo LNBs on it? That would be AWESOME!
