    It's actually the other way around. The purpose of good stability is for narrow signal (DSNG low SR such as 3979/4232) For 4dtv, any so-so stability should work without any problem for both 19510 and 29270. If lnb does not work well with 4dtv muxes, likely it will have problem with DVB as well.
